Booking & Cancellation
- 24‑hour window: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to another client.
- Late cancellations / no‑shows: A $25 fee may be requested via Zelle for missed appointments.
- Arrivals: If you’re running late, please let us know—your session may be shortened to respect the next client.
Mobile Visits (Travel Fee)
Mobile visits are available within the San Jose area. A flat $15 travel fee applies for mobile sessions.
- Please provide your address during booking if you choose a mobile visit.
- Ensure safe parking and a clear, quiet space for the massage table.
Payments
- Accepted: Zelle and cash at time of service.
- Tips are appreciated but never expected—your comfort is our priority.
Health & Comfort
- If you’re recovering from surgery or have specific concerns, please share any guidance from your clinician.
- If you feel unwell (fever or flu‑like symptoms), please reschedule for a later date.
- Your comfort matters—let us know your preferred pressure and any sensitivities.
