Booking & Cancellation
- 48-hour notice — Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
- 24–48 hour window — Cancellations made within this range are eligible for a 50% refund or a full session credit toward a future appointment.
- Under 24 hours / no-shows — No refund will be issued. Out of courtesy, each client is offered one reschedule exception over the lifetime of their account — this is a one-time courtesy and cannot be reused.
- Running late — Please let us know. Your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client, with no adjustment to the price.
Refunds
- Sessions — Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before. 50% refund or session credit if cancelled within 24–48 hours. No refund under 24 hours or for no-shows.
- Memberships — No refunds on billing cycles that have already been charged. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. If you are charged and reach out within 48 hours, a one-time refund may be considered.
- Products — All bar sales are final once the product has been received. If your bar arrives defective or damaged, we will exchange or refund it on the spot.
Payments
- All sessions and add-ons are paid online at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is complete.
- Memberships are billed on a recurring cycle through our secure payment portal.
- Tips are appreciated but never expected — your comfort is always our priority.
Mobile Visits & Travel Fee
- Mobile visits are available within the San Jose area. A flat $15 travel fee applies for all mobile sessions.
- Please provide your address during booking if you choose a mobile visit.
- Ensure safe parking and a clear, quiet space for the massage table.
Health & Comfort
- If you're recovering from surgery or have specific concerns, please share any guidance from your clinician.
- If you feel unwell (fever or flu-like symptoms), please reschedule for a later date.
- Your comfort matters — let us know your preferred pressure and any sensitivities before your session begins.
